HOW CAN WE CHARGE SUCH LOW RATES:

1. We can do it if you "trust" us to work on a time and materials basis and we do not have to come and bid the jobs under approximately $1,000 and for those over $1,000 we provide a cost range estimate. This prevents the pre-job costs of travel, diagnostics, precise materials pricing, labor estimations, contingency add-on (15-20%), quote preparations, quote approval processing, and job scheduling... all of which often takes more time and costs than the actual on-site work itself.

2. By working at the same property, our crew gets to know the property and this familiarity saves many hours of nonproductive time trying to figure out what is going on each time a job needs to be done.

3. We give you, our Client, all of the benefits and savings of doing business in this efficient manner. Why do we do this? ...because we can make a fair profit and we want your business for the next 20 years (or so).

4. Lastly, your obligation under the "Client Plan" is to use our services exclusively and to pay us timely. There is no "Client Plan" for slow pay or no pay. The actual pay duration is negotiable and for longer pay cycles the rate is slightly higher.
